This is Chaga mushroom. It's kinda rare but it's edible and is also really healthy! Here's what they do: (I found this on google)

October 6, 2021: I found two mushrooms in my friend's yard. One of them was kinda slimy and yellow and the other was bigger and very orange. I'll probably do research on them later.

October 7, 2021: I think the yellow mushroom is called a Hygrocybe chlorophana, or golden waxcap. I can't find anything on the orange mushroom.

October 16, 2021: I found some shelf mushrooms on a fallen log. They looked pretty cool but I don't know if they're toxic or not so I didn't touch them.
